Berlin, 1 October 2025: ehotel AG is once again among the companies that have received particularly positive ratings from consumers this year. In the latest study by ServiceValue, in collaboration with DEUTSCHLAND TEST, the business travel hotel booking platform was awarded the rating “Highest Recommendation”.
The average rating achieved is 2.52. This score clearly places ehotel among the top performers. This result is based on a broad dataset of almost 150,000 customer reviews and an analysis of over 1,100 providers across 65 sectors. The study analyses whether customers received good value for money on their last booking. The results show that ehotel performs significantly better than the industry average. The high level of customer satisfaction with the booking portal’s services in terms of fair prices, transparency and customer service is a clear indication of the quality of the services offered. This accolade is particularly significant in a market environment where users are increasingly focusing on price details, comparison options and reliable offers.
