Service impresses customers: In the “Service Champions 2022” study, conducted in collaboration with DIE WELT, the digital platform ehotel® was named number one in the “hotel booking portals” sector.
Berlin, 12 October 2022. Reviews and customer ratings are crucial to the success of online businesses today. In the “Service Champions 2022” survey, conducted in cooperation with the national daily newspaper DIE WELT, ehotel® was awarded the SILVER medal for its service quality. The pioneer among online booking platforms also achieved the No. 1 spot in the “hotel booking portals” sector. Berlin-based ehotel® AG aims to use its innovative technology to make the room search process for business travellers and companies as simple and efficient as possible, from booking to settlement.
Together with DIE WELT, the experienced market research firm ServiceValue has compiled what it claims is Germany’s largest service ranking for the twelfth consecutive year. The “Service Champions 2022” survey gathered customer feedback on the services offered by 4,699 companies across a total of 389 sectors. According to the study, customers were so impressed by the quality of their service experience with ehotel® that the ratings secured the company first place in the “hotel booking portals” sector.
