Berlin, 31 March 2026 – ehotel AG has been named “Best SME Service Provider 2026” in the latest WirtschaftsWoche industry ranking, securing the top position for the fifth consecutive year in the hotel portal category.
The ranking is based on 21,674 evaluations from corporate clients, including decision-makers, procurement professionals and users from mid-sized companies, covering 729 service providers across 51 industries.
For companies managing corporate travel programmes, selecting the right partners is a critical part of ensuring cost control, efficient processes and compliance.
Against a backdrop of increasing regulatory requirements and growing complexity, the study highlights the importance of reliable service providers for mid-sized businesses.

The study was conducted in collaboration with market research institute ServiceValue and is based on an independent online survey. The results were published as part of the WirtschaftsWoche ranking. In addition to overall customer satisfaction, seven key performance criteria were assessed, including quality, advisory and support services, value for money, as well as service and information offering. The findings provide a detailed view of the expectations mid-sized companies have of their service providers.
