TripLink, external bookings are reintegrated into the corporate travel programme via the global SAP Concur network of affiliated providers. Travel managers gain a complete overview of travellers’ expenses and transparency regarding compliance with policies, making it much easier for them to fulfil their duty of care.

The partnership between ehotel® and SAP Concur offers customers a seamless end-to-end experience that saves time and money. Booking data and VAT-deductible hotel invoices (Level 3 data) are transferred from the ehotel® platform back to Concur Travel and Concur Expense, eliminating the need for travellers to upload receipts and fill in the fields on the travel expense claim form.
