Berlin, 25 November 2025: In the latest study, “Highest Customer Trust 2025”, conducted by DEUTSCHLAND TEST, ehotel was named the industry leader among travel booking portals. With a score of 100 points, the portal achieved the highest score in its category, confirming that users perceive ehotel as particularly reliable.
Trust made measurable
The study analysed public perception of around 19,000 companies across more than 350 sectors between October 2023 and September 2025. Factors taken into account included reputation, trust, quality and recommendations on editorial websites, in the news and on social media. Only providers with above-average positive ratings were awarded the ‘Highest Customer Trust’ rating.
Reliability pays off
Trust plays a key role, particularly in the online travel market, as bookings are often made digitally and are heavily influenced by the experiences of other users. A high level of trust means that customers return to ehotel time and again because they appreciate the platform’s transparency, quality of service and reliability.
