Satisfied customers through value for money and quality of service: In the “Smart Shopper 2022” study, conducted in collaboration with Deutschland Test, the digital hotel booking platform ehotel® was awarded the title “Germany’s Top Deal”.

In cooperation with Deutschland Test, ehotel® has now been awarded the “Germany’s Top Deal” seal of approval in the category of hotel booking portals in the nationwide “Smart Shopper 2022” service study. Together with Deutschland Test, the renowned market research company ServiceValue conducted the “Smart Shopper 2022” study in August 2022. In the process, the experts collected and analysed around 205,000 customer reviews of 1,087 companies across a total of 78 sectors. According to the study, customers surveyed regarding ehotel AG’s services were so satisfied that the online booking portal has now received the “Germany’s TOP DEAL” award.
