In the German Customer Award 2022/23, ehotel® has now been awarded first place among hotel booking portals and is entitled to bear the title “Industry Champion 2022/23”. As in previous years, the DtGV – German Society for Consumer Studies, an independent research institute, surveyed German customers on their satisfaction levels through its empirically based industry survey, the “German Customer Award 2022/23”. The survey received just under 340,000 responses covering a total of 2,589 companies across 258 sectors, focusing on customer satisfaction, customer service and value for money. In this survey, which ranks among the largest in Germany, ehotel AG’s customers were so positive that the online booking portal was awarded first place for customer service among hotel booking platforms: Based on the results from the renowned research institute, ehotel® was therefore awarded the title ‘Industry Champion 2022/23’ and the official rating ‘Outstanding’. ‘We are delighted that our customers are satisfied with the quality of our service and would like to return,’ says Fritz Zerweck, CEO of ehotel®. “This positive result shows us that we are on the right track with our innovative technologies for the hotel booking of the future.” His company will continue to work on meeting the needs of its customers with specially developed meta-search technology and a unique service experience, and on ensuring the booking systems of tomorrow.
