Berlin, 23 May 2025 – As part of a comprehensive study conducted by DEUTSCHLAND TEST and the market research institute ServiceValue, the Berlin-based hotel booking platform ehotel® has been named the industry winner in the ‘Travel Booking Portals’ category and awarded the ‘Highest Reputation 2025’ rating.
ehotel® is thus among the companies in Germany that convey a particularly positive overall image within their sector. This is achieved through a strong market presence, trustworthy communication and consistent performance vis-à-vis bookers, customers, partners and industry observers.
The study is based on the analysis of more than 14.2 million online mentions relating to around 17,000 German companies and brands. Five key factors were assessed: management, sustainability, product and service quality, employer performance and cost-effectiveness. The “Highest Reputation” award was given to companies that clearly stand out from the competition within their sector.
