The Süddeutsche Zeitung confirms the significant added value of the ehotel app

Berlin, February 2022 – Apps are supposed to make users’ lives easier digitally, yet very few actually do so. With the ehotel® app, however, customers receive significant added value: this has been confirmed for the second time by the Süddeutsche Zeitung in collaboration with the research institute ServiceValue. With the ehotel® app, customers can access the popular all-round service they are accustomed to from the hotel booking portal via their smartphone as well.

For the study “Added Value of Mobile Apps”, on which the award is based, users were asked to rate their experience with the respective app. A total of 529 apps from 47 categories were put to the test. The result for ehotel® in the “Hotel Portals” category is well above average.
