Berlin, August 2022. Customer satisfaction ratings are particularly important for online portals. In the “Die Besten im Netz” study commissioned by Focus Money, ehotel® achieved the “top mark” for its service in the hotel booking sector.
The company is one of the pioneers in the field of online booking and, with its innovative technology, significantly simplifies the comparison and booking process for business travellers and hotels.
This is the fourth time that the well-known business magazine Focus Money has commissioned its “Die Besten im Netz” ranking. The analysis firm ServiceValue, which was commissioned to carry out the study, collected over 90,000 consumer reviews on 632 providers and online portals across 62 categories. Customer feedback for ehotel® was so positive that the provider is not only among the most popular online portals but also received the “top mark” in the ranking.
