Berlin, June 2022 – Today, it is almost impossible for consumers keep up with the multitude of mobile apps on offer. To help users get an overview of products and quality, the German Association for Consumer Studies (DtGV) provides a Germany-wide ranking, in which the best apps from each industry were awarded. In the category of hotel booking portals, the ehotel® app clearly prevails over its competitors, ranking in first place as one of the clear customer favorites.

For the “DtGV App Award 2022,” over 100,000 customers were surveyed on a total of 888 apps from 102 industries, and the reviews were evaluated with a focus on customer satisfaction. The study considered only the feedback of customers who have actually used the respective app in the last two years.
