Die Welt: ehotel® is Service Champion 2022 with top ranking among Hotel Booking Portals
Service that inspires customers: In the “Service Champions 2022” study conducted in cooperation with DIE WELT, the digital platform ehotel® was named Number 1 in the “Hotel Booking Portals” sector.
Berlin, 12 October 2022. Nowadays, reviews and customer ratings are crucial for the success of online businesses. ehotel® was awarded the SILVER medal for its service quality as a champion in the “Service Champions 2022” survey conducted in cooperation with the national daily newspaper DIE WELT. The pioneering online booking platform also came 1st in the “Hotel Booking Portals” sector. With its innovative technology, Berlin-based ehotel® AG aims to make it as quick and easy as possible for business travellers and companies to search for rooms – from booking to billing.
Together with DIE WELT, the experienced market research company ServiceValue has compiled what it claims is the largest service ranking in Germany for the twelfth time in a row. For this purpose, the “Service Champions 2022” study obtained customer ratings of the services offered for 4,699 companies from a total of 389 industries. According to the study, customers were so impressed by the quality of their service experience at ehotel® that the ratings brought the company top place in the “Hotel Booking Portals” sector.
