ehotel® is Germany’s top deal according to Smart Shopper 2022

Price-performance ratio and service quality leads to satisfied customers: In the study ‘Smart Shopper 2022’ in cooperation with Deutschland Test, the digital hotel booking platform ehotel® was awarded the title ‘Germany’s Top Deal’.

 

Berlin, November 2022. The relationship between the quality and price of a service is particularly important to customers when booking online. In cooperation with Deutschland Test, ehotel® has now been awarded the seal of quality ‘Germany’s Top Deal’ in the field of hotel booking portals in the nationwide service study ‘Smart Shopper 2022’. The digital platform ehotel AG is the pioneer in the field of online booking and has made it its mission to make the booking of rooms as convenient as possible for hotels, business travellers and entrepreneurs with its innovative technology.

 

The study ‘Smart Shopper 2022’ was conducted in August 2022 by the renowned market research company ServiceValue together with Deutschland Test. The experts obtained and analysed around 205,000 customer evaluations of 1,087 companies from a total of 78 sectors. According to the study, the customers surveyed on the services of ehotel AG were so satisfied that the online booking portal has now received the award ‘Germany’s TOP DEAL’. The whole team is very happy about this seal of quality, says CEO Fritz Zerweck. ‘Customer satisfaction is always our top priority – which makes us all the more appreciative of the confidence in our service expressed in the study.
