Süddeutsche Zeitung confirms high added value of the ehotel® app
Berlin, February 2022 – Apps are supposed to make life easier for users, but very few mobile Apps actually do. With the ehotel® app, however, customers receive a high added value: Süddeutsche Zeitung newspaper confirmed this for the second time in its survey conducted in cooperation with the analysis institute ServiceValue. The ehotel® app allows customers to access the same popular all-round service they are used to from the hotel booking portal via smartphone.
For the survey “Added value of mobile apps“, a total of 529 apps from 47 categories were put to the test by asking users to rate their experience with the respective app. ehotel®’s result in the category “hotel portals” is well above average.
