Überlingen – Distinction at the German SME Summit 2022: Science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar honored ehotel AG from Berlin for its success in the innovation competition TOP 100. The award ceremony, which was held as part of the summit, took place on Friday evening, 24 June, in Frankfurt am Main, bringing together all medium-sized companies that were awarded the TOP 100 seal of approval at the beginning of the year. Yogeshwar accompanied the innovation competition, which was held for the 29th time this year, as a mentor. In the scientific selection process, ehotel® was excelled particularly in the category “Innovation Success”. The company is among the top innovators for the sixth time.

At the operational center of the business is ehotel®’s in-house meta-search technology. More than one million hotels worldwide are connected to this search engine, which only takes into account contingents and offers that are actually bookable – a clear added value for customers, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The digital tool also uses data from around 600 other booking systems to filter and display all available room options with the best conditions in real time.
