Good, old-fashioned recommendations are a key indicator of how satisfied customers really are with a company. Only those users who are absolutely convinced by the offer and service will advise friends, family and acquaintances to also put their trust in the respective company. In a recent study by the business magazine Focus Money in cooperation with the analysis institute ServiceValue, ehotel® excelled over other hotel booking portals, achieving the highest recommendation rate.

The study took into account only actual recommendations, not users intending to recommend without necessarily doing so. Overall, ServiceValue assessed 510,000 customer reviews of more than 1,300 companies from 82 industries. “We are very pleased to learn that our customers are not only loyal to us,” says Fritz Zerweck, CEO of ehotel®, “but that they also pass on their positive experiences. This is the best thing that can happen to a company, and it is a huge honor for us. ”
