Best service – price-competitive deals – transparency
After 2016, the German institute for service quality (DISQ) honored the hotel portal ehotel® with ranking number one in 2018 again. ehotel® scored with very high quality standards and, therefore, outperformed its seven competitors, including booking.com, HRS and Check24. The survey was conducted by the German news channel n-tv.
ehotel® leads the ranking of high quality standards. The performance of customer service convinced with short hotline latencies in the categories internet, telephone and e-mail. Further, the survey highlighted the strengths in the fields of website information value and transparency throughout the booking process.
Moreover, in the category best value offers , ehotel® emerged as second best hotel portal. ehotel® offered competitive prices for a large amount of test bookings throughout the survey period and, additionally, offered free WIFI most of the times.
