ehotel® achieves top ranking in ‘Highest Reputation 2025’ for travel booking portals
Berlin, 23 May 2025 – In an extensive study by DEUTSCHLAND TEST and the market research institute ServiceValue, the Berlin-based hotel booking platform ehotel® was recognised as the category winner in the ‘Travel Booking Portals’ segment and received the ‘Highest Reputation 2025’ distinction.
This places ehotel® among the companies in Germany that convey an especially positive overall image within their industry. This reputation is driven by strong market presence, trustworthy communication, and consistently high performance towards bookers, customers, partners, and industry observers.
The study is based on an analysis of over 14.2 million online mentions of around 17,000 German companies and brands. Five key factors were evaluated: management; sustainability; product and service quality; employer performance; and economic efficiency. Companies that clearly stand out from their competitors within their industry were awarded the “Highest Reputation” distinction.
